Düsternbrook Guest Farm

Düsternbrook Guest Farm, located off the B1 north via the D1499 near Windhoek, is a historic safari guest farm surrounded by the scenic landscapes of Namibia’s Khomas Highlands. Established in 1961, it combines traditional farm character with comfortable accommodation and authentic wildlife experiences. Guests can stay in individually furnished rooms and chalets, enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, relax at the traditional lapa, or dine while overlooking the surrounding riverbed. The private wildlife reserve supports a variety of animals, including giraffes, zebras, kudu, oryx, hippos, and antelope. Activities include game drives, hiking, horse riding, and scenic mountain excursions.
